Great app with a very user-friendly interface. The reporting/insights have proven invaluable to our CS Management Team and our agents love the friendly rivalry that comes with the gamification aspect.The ability to define your own quality criteria is also an extremely useful tool - we've mirrored ours with our company values so the team goals are linked with the wider business. So far the App works well. It has replaced our costs for the full Zendesk Guide (saving us quite a bunch). So far we have reached out 3 times to Kaizo's support and each response time was merely a few minutes. They were able to answer my questions promptly and go beyond to show me some additional features. I would highly recommend using Kaizo for reporting/statistics of your team(s) in Zendesk.
